When ordering with Kiss It Better Beauty you have 2 options: Order directly through me or order directly through SeneGence as a Kiss It Better Beauty Customer or Preferred Customer.

Option 1

Ordered and Shipped Directly Through Me

Ordering during one of my sales you must choose this option to get any sales or prizes.

2. An invoice will be sent to your e-mail and you can pay by e-transfer or credit card.

3. Items will then ship to you from me to you. If I do not have your items on hand I will ship them as soon as my order comes in. See shipping options below.

Option 2

Preffered Cutsomer Program (Kiss and Tell)/ Directly Purchase and Shipped through SeneGence

  • This method still supports me and my business, you may need to enter my distributor number which is 281268.
  • This method will have products shipped directly to SeneGence to you, their is a $12.50 shipping fee for orders under $125. You will order and pay through the SeneGence website directly.
  • You will not be able to take advantage of any of my sales/rewards through this ordering option however SeneGence often has special promotions/free product offerings taking place (typically for orders over $125) which I am happy to provide you information on. You have the choice to check out as a guest or you may sign up as a preferred customer (call the Kiss and Tell Program) for $13/year and get 10% off all orders and referral rewards.

Tax, Shipping & Handling

I typically have on hand a number of my top selling products, LipSense Colours and Glosses for shipping or delivery on the next business day. Items I do not have on hand will be ordered and then shipped to you once I have received them from SeneGence,

  • Handling Fees: All orders will be charged a $1 handling fee.
  • Taxes: All orders will be charged a 13% Tax recovery fee regardless of province.
  • Shipping:
    • All orders that fit through a mail slot will be shipped Canada Post regular mail, no tracking (can take 1-4 weeks) for free. You will be sent a photo at time of shipping.
    • Tracked shipping or larger items will be sent through Canada Post Express, tracked shipping + handling the cost is $13 within Canada.
    • Orders over $125 before tax will get free Canada Post Expressed, tracked shipping.
