So I am sure you already know but in case you didn’t it is Super Snacking Sunday…I mean Super Bowl Sunday this weekend. I know there is the big half time show and of course football but for me the star of the events is the food! These wings are the perfect thing to make this weekend and they are really easy but delicious.
I found this recipe a few years ago and made it for Super Bowl Sunday however I have made some changes over the years to perfect it and I wasn’t the biggest fan of the dip so I have found an even better one.

Ingredients:
Wings
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons of Chipotle Mango Seasoning (Large Size or small size)
- 4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Dip
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tsp of la grille Chipotle Mango Seasoning, this is seriously the best chipotle mayo I can’t eat any others now! I have the seasoning on auto ship cause we use it so much! (Large Size or small size)
Directions

Take all the wing ingredients and put them in a bowl. Then take a baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper or aluminum foil, trust me don’t skip this or you will end up with a huge sticky mess to clean. I then set up this little assembly line you can see in the photo above. Take your chicken wings and rub them in the mix and then lay out on the baking sheet. The ingredients I have listed above are just an estimate as I rarely measure, I just put them in the bowl and often times run out 3/4 of the way through and need to make more to finish up. When done you should have something that looks like this.

Then put them in the oven at 375 and bake until just start to turn crispy, about 20 minutes. See that mess in the photo below… this is why you’ll be glad for the parchment paper when clean up time comes.

I typically serve these with sweet potato fries. I normally do a sweet potato per person but this one was huge and served both of us no problem.

You want to try and make sure you cut the fries fairly evenly so they cook the same. I always cut my potato into fours and then cut each fourth in strips.

You can then either bake them or I did them in oil this time as our oven is apartment size and didn’t have room for the wings and the fries.

Now the best part… the sauce. So its actually Chipotle Mayo but not just any Chipotle. I use La Grille’s Chipotle Mango seasoning ( Get it here: Large Size or small size) and seriously once you do you will never be able to have regular chipotle mayo again. I made it for the fries once and decided to dip one of my wings in it and OMG its is the bomb! So now I make lots for both my wings and fries. Once again I never measure I just add the seasoning until I get the right orange colour and blend it with my hand mixer.

These wings served with sweet potato fries are perfect for an easy, yummy dinner or you could just as easily serve the wings and dip on there own this weekend to rock your super bowl party.
