Leopard Halloween Costume

Happy Halloween!! I must say I love Halloween, there is just something about it that brings out the inner child in everyone. Also we moved into town this spring so I was extra excited as we were actually going to get trick-or-treaters! I try and be festive and am lucky enough to be able to dress up at work. As the majority of my co-workers do not dress up I try and find something that is festive yet still office appropriate.

I didn’t go out this year so I didn’t want to spend money on a costume just for work and handing out candy. I decided to gather some inspiration from Pintrest and came across leopard make-up which looked easy enough to do even for my beginner skills. If you follow me you know I love me some leopard print so it wasn’t hard to find something to compliment my make up. I decided on this dress which I wear all the time to work.

I started with my normal base of primer and foundation with some contour. My leopard spots where done with liquid gold and black eyeliner and are super easy as they are meant to be different and not perfect. Just make spots with the gold and then use the black to do a mix of fully lined spots, C type shapes on one side or both sides. Then I just did a smokey gold and black eye as I tried a cat eye and it was just a mess lol. Then use your black eye liner to colour in the tip of your nose, draw a straight line down to your cupids bow and along the top of you lip and finally to add some whiskers. I finished off the look with a dusting of gold blush I had from a costume many years ago.

I hope you like this easy office appropriate Halloween costume and I would love to hear about your Halloween and if you dress up!
